All equipment is tested prior to cleaning and all faults listed, then all removable components are stripped off and taken to be cleaned in a chemical tank. The remaining carcass is then cleaned by hand using specialist chemicals, when this is done the components are returned and refitted. The equipment is then re-tested after all cleaning is complete.

Walls are fully degreased and all dirt deposits are removed, then all tiled walls are cleaned to a shine using a suitable glass/tile cleaner.

Floors are scrubbed and degreased mechanically, then all water is removed with a wet vacuum system, removing all bacteria, the floor is then washed again with an anti-bacterial agent.
